A selection of hearty 'soul-food' meals lovingly handmade with fresh and local produce, provided frozen and ready for you to pop in the oven and enjoy. Delicious dinners, minimal effort. Yum.
All of the Duckies Deli Meals can be purchased in the cafe (subject to availability), pre-ordered with a phone call or ordered online to collect. All meals £7.50 each. Mix & match any 3 meals for £20.
THAI VEGETABLE CURRY (VEGAN)
Chock full of delicious vegetables in a fragrant, slow simmered Thai curry sauce. This dinner is full of flavour without being spicy, and it will have you well on your way to your 5-a-Day!
Ingredients: Butternut Squash, Sweet Potato, Broccoli, Coconut Milk, Sugar Snap Peas, Baby Corn, Pan Choi, White Onion, Red & Green Chillies, Maize Starch, Lime Juice, Tamarind, Cumin, Galangal, Sugar, Coriander, Lemongrass, Makrut Lime Leaves, Thai Basil, Olive Oil, Salt.
FISH PIE
Succulent pieces of fish & king prawns in a creamy lemon & dill sauce that will knock your socks off. Topped with buttery smooth mashed potato.
Ingredients: FISH (Alaskan Pollock, Smoked Haddock, Pink Salmon, King Prawns), MILK, Potatoes, Leeks, BUTTER, WHEAT FLOUR, Lemon Juice & Zest, Dill, Bay Leaves, Salt & Black Pepper.
BEEF LASAGNE
Layers of rich beef ragu and pasta with a creamy béchamel sauce. Topped with cheddar cheese and crisps up beautifully in the oven.
Ingredients: Lean Beef Mince (60%), Tomatoes, WHEAT Pasta (WHEAT flour, pasteurised whole EGG (20%), DURUM WHEAT, semolina, water), Semi-skimmed MILK, Cheddar Cheese, WHEAT Flour, BUTTER, White Onion, Tomato Puree, Basil, Parsley, Rosemary, Sugar, Salt & Black Pepper.
